Terms of Service

By engaging Techonicia Digital Agency ("Techonicia", "we", "us") for any service, accessing our website, or signing a project agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Techonicia provides digital marketing and development services including, but not limited to: • Website design and development • Ecommerce development • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) • Google Ads management • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) management • UI/UX design • Branding and graphic design • Performance marketing and lead generation The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.

To enable Techonicia to deliver services effectively, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and assets as required • Designate a primary point of contact for the project • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes (typically 5 business days unless otherwise stated) • Grant us necessary access to platforms, accounts, and tools required for the project • Ensure you have the right to use any content, images, or materials you provide to us

Upon full payment of all project fees: • You own all final deliverables created specifically for your project • Techonicia retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies used in creating the deliverables • Techonicia reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing Work created during the project remains the property of Techonicia until full payment is received.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • A 50% advance payment is required before project commencement • Remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered • Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month • Invoices not paid within 15 days will incur a 2% monthly late fee • We accept bank transfers, UPI, and online payments via Razorpay Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

• The number of revision rounds is specified in each project agreement • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate • Significant changes to project scope after commencement may require a revised SOW and additional fees • Rush requests (delivery within 48 hours) carry a 25% premium unless prior arrangements have been made

We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed project timelines. However, timelines may be affected by: • Delays in client feedback, content, or approvals • Third-party dependencies outside our control • Force majeure events We will notify you promptly of any anticipated delays. Client-caused delays do not entitle you to fee reductions or compensation.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement for a period of 2 years.

Techonicia's liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of revenue or profits • Third-party actions or service outages (e.g., Google algorithm changes, social media platform changes)

Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination: • All outstanding invoices become immediately due • We will deliver all completed work up to the termination date • Any advance payments for undelivered work will be refunded minus work completed Project agreements may not be cancelled once work has commenced without forfeiting the advance payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
