Refund Policy
We stand behind our work. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our services.

Eligible for Refund
- Project cancelled by Techonicia before work commences
- Significant failure to deliver agreed scope after reasonable opportunity to remedy
- Duplicate payment errors processed by payment gateway
- Advance payment for retainer services cancelled within 24 hours of payment
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after project commencement
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences (all our work includes revision rounds)
- Delays caused by client's failure to provide required assets or approvals
- Work already completed and delivered in good faith
- Third-party costs already incurred (ad spend, domain registrations, hosting fees)
Overview
At Techonicia, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for every client. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protect both parties.
We encourage you to raise any concerns early — we offer unlimited revisions within the agreed scope, and our team will always work to find a solution before a refund is considered.
Project-Based Work
For one-time project engagements:
• The advance payment (typically 50%) is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers time and resources already allocated
• If a project is cancelled before commencement, the full advance payment will be refunded
• If a project is cancelled midway through, the refund amount will be prorated based on work completed at the time of cancellation
• Final balances paid are non-refundable once the final deliverable is approved and handed over
Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.):
• Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service month has commenced
• You may cancel future months with 30 days' written notice
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or past months
• Any unused portion of a prepaid package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion
Third-Party Ad Spend
Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) paid directly to Techonicia for onward payment to platforms is handled separately:
• Unused ad budget that has not been allocated to platforms will be refunded in full
• Ad spend already submitted to platforms (Google, Meta) is subject to those platforms' own policies and cannot be recovered by Techonicia
• We recommend clients maintain direct billing relationships with ad platforms wherever possible
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating a refund request, we ask you to:
1. Raise your concern in writing to your account manager
2. Allow us 5 business days to attempt to resolve the issue
3. If unresolved, escalate to our management team at billing@techonicia.com
We resolve the majority of disputes amicably through communication and additional service. Formal refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@techonicia.com with:
• Your full name and company name
• Invoice number(s) for the payment in question
• Reason for the refund request
• Any supporting documentation
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
